The Healthcare War is operated by Luc-Anthony Salomon. This policy explains how information submitted through our website, email conversations, and connected Facebook and Instagram accounts is used.
Information we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, optional social platform and handle, and your email consent. When you email us, we store your messages and conversation history. When you message or comment on our connected Facebook or Instagram accounts, we may receive your platform account identifiers, profile information made available by the platform, message or comment content, timestamps, and interaction history. We use this information to respond, manage conversations, and prevent duplicate replies. Social interactions do not automatically subscribe you to email updates. Our email provider can record delivery events and, where enabled, email opens and link clicks. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses for operation and security.
How we use it
We use this information to manage subscriptions, send a welcome email and approved updates, respond to messages, and keep track of your preferences. Subscriber updates are spaced at least two weeks apart. Welcome emails and replies to conversations are separate from this schedule.
AI-assisted conversations
We use AI to assist with replies and relationship management. Message content and relevant contact context may be processed by OpenAI. You can ask to speak with Luc-Anthony. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information to this inbox.
Services that support us
Supabase stores contact and conversation information, Resend delivers and receives email, OpenAI supports AI-assisted replies, Netlify hosts our website, and Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram services through which social interactions are received and answered. These providers process information to deliver their services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from subscriber updates using the link in any subscriber email. Unsubscribing does not prevent a direct response if you later contact us. For instructions on deleting information received through Facebook or Instagram, see our data deletion instructions. To request access, correction, deletion, or a complete contact pause, email hello@thehealthcarewar.com.
Retention and security
We retain contact and conversation information to operate the service and preserve subscription preferences. We use access controls to restrict the contact center. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
